Terms of Service & Guest Charter

1. Binding Agreement & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest", "User", or "Client") and Showtrailcrossrods Hospitality Ltd. ("Company", "Cloudline Hotel", "we"). By accessing our website, using our atmospheric simulation tools, booking high-altitude accommodations, or arriving via chartered air transport, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all stipulations outlined herein.

Cloudline Hotel is situated in an extreme alpine environment at 2,840 meters above sea level. Guests acknowledge and agree to the following operational parameters:

3. Reservations, Guarantees & Cancellation Policy

To preserve exclusivity, all suite bookings require a valid guarantee at time of confirmation. Stays may be modified or cancelled up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled arrival date without charge. Cancellations received within fourteen days of check-in are subject to a 50% reservation fee. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will be assessed the full stay amount.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on Showtrailcrossrods.com—including architectural renders, custom glassmorphic user interfaces, graphic brand logos, photography, altitude simulation engines, and written copy—is the exclusive proprietary property of Showtrailcrossrods Hospitality Ltd. and protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or framing is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Showtrailcrossrods Hospitality Ltd. and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from alpine force majeure weather disruptions, guest failure to adhere to posted safety advisories, or third-party airline scheduling delays.

6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and all related contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of the Canton of Valais, Switzerland shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
